Tripatra is now inviting experienced manager who poses relevant education background, experience, and competencies to join the company as:
- EPC - PROJECT MANAGER
- Min. 10 years of progressive experience in managing overall Oil & Gas (On-Shore and/or Off-Shore) EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
- ENGINEERING MANAGER
- Min. 10 years experience in managing multidiscipline Engineering Team in Oil & Gas (On-Shore and/or Off-Shore) Engineering as well as EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
- QA/QC MANAGER
- Min. 10 years experience in establishing and implementing programs, practices, and procedures for maintaining high standards of quality. Determining and enforcing quality requirements in accordance with company needs and goals, based on the regulations, and industrial practices in Oil & Gas (On-Shore and/or Off-Shore) EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
General Requirements:
- Min. Engineering degree (S1)
- Strong interpersonal skill in a team, self motivated, independent, familiar with working under pressure environment
- Good personality; mature, enthusiastic, positive thinking, cooperative
- Fluent in English both written and spoken

It is always hard to know how to answer interview questions and if you are not very experienced at interviews, then the whole process can seem daunting. So just how are you supposed to answer their questions?Well the basic principle to bear in mind, whatever the interview, whether on a one to one, at a recruitment agency or for a permanent contract, is that you need to sell yourself in a way that is confident and assured, but without sounding too big headed or arrogant.
Always try to ensure that you establish eye contact with the interviewers. Try to sound confident when you answer and if you think you are about to freeze, or dry up, then just take a deep breath and remind yourself that this is not life or death, it is only an interview and then continue.
