HR MANAGER (HRM)

Qualification:

1. Experience in HR Management min. 3 years. Prefer in retail business
2. Acting as a strategic business partner & ensuring the efficient services for employee
3. Setting & develop the CBHR management system
4. Manages staffing process including sourcing, selection, placement & retention
5. Able to handle all employee relations issue & to ensure the complaisance of labor laws
6. Demonstrates significant assertiveness, strong leadership, discipline, service oriented & proactive

HR PLAN SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

1. Experience in HR plan min 2 years. S1 – Psychology, HR Management. Prefer S2 HR Management
2. Planning employee sourcing to meet operational requirement & the company growth
3. Analyzing & monitoring employee placing
4. Able to work in tight schedule with minimum supervision
5. Demonstrate the ability in planning & analyzing
6. Familiar with HR Software programmed

RECRUITMENT STAFF (RSS)

Qualification:

1. Experience in recruit & selection min 2 years. S1 Psychology prefer professional degree
2. Recruiting & selecting in staff level
3. Able to work in tight schedule with minimum supervision
4. Demonstrate the ability in recruit & selection
5. Familiar with competency based recruit & selection
6. Willing to journey to Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya

PERFORMANCE MGT SUPERVISOR (PMS)

1. Experience in competency based performance management, min 2 years
   S1 – Psychology, Management, Prefer S2 HR Management
2. Assessing employee performance
3. Monitoring & analyzing employee performance
4. Able to work in tight schedule with minimum supervision
5. Demonstrate the ability in performance management
6. Familiar with competency based performance management
7. Willing to journey to Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya

FINANCIAL ANALYSIST SUPERVISOR (FAS)

1. Experience as financial analyst / auditor min.3 years
2. Bachelor degree in accounting with IP ≥ 3
3. Able to analyze production, operational cost, financial matter
4. Able to work in tight schedule with minimum supervision & able to lead the subordinate
5. Demonstrates the ability in financial & cost analyzes
6. Computer & Windows literate

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER SUPERVISOR (FCS)

1. Experience as external/ internal auditor min. 3 years
2. Bachelor degree in accounting with IP ≥ 3
3. Familiar with accounting system
4. Able to control system
5. Able to work in tight schedule with minimum supervision & able to lead the subordinate
6. Demonstrates the ability in controlling system
7. Computer & Windows literate

FINANCE STAFF (FSS)

1. Experience in finance/accounting min. 2 years
2. Bachelor degree in accounting with IP ≥ 3
3. Able to work in tight schedule with minimum supervision
4. Able to read the financial report
5. Computer & Windows literate

FINANCE JUNIOR STAFF (FJS)

1. Min 1 year experience in finance (fresh graduate are welcome)
2. Min. D3 accounting from reputable institution with IP ≥ 3
3. Computer & Windows literate

LOCAL MARKETING COORDINATOR (LMC)

1. Strong analytical & conceptual thinking
2. Able to work under pressure & tight schedule
3. Communicative, persuasive, & high achiever
4. Min experience 2 years in the field of sales and marketing
5. Proposed & implement effective marketing program
