A fast growing multinational company in direct selling business is looking for: human resources manager X finance manager X accounting manager X branch manager X content writer X r&d specialist X warehouse admin

1. Asia Pacific Human Resource Manager

• Degree in Human Resource, Management, Psychology or MBA

• Min 5 years exp. As a human resource manager exp. in recruitment, HR policy implementation, compensation & benefits management
• Experience in implementing performance management in the organization (KPls, KRA, Performance Appraisal and Coaching)
• Experience in implementing salary system (Mercer/ Hay system)
• Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Willing to work in Indonesia and other APAC countries

1. Finance & Accounting Managers

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Accounting qualifications
• Min 3 years exp. in Finance & Accounting
• Knowledge of Accounting system, computer and accounting software
• Able to handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial report to management
• Accounts executives and accounts officers are encouraged to apply
• Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Willing to work in Africa and Asia Pacific countries

1. Branch Manager(s)

• University graduates or Diploma in marketing, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Management, Economics, Communication or related qualifications
• Fresh graduate with no working experience but a self starter with high drive, influential ability and business acumen are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
• Have some knowledge of the direct selling business or is currently a direct selling distributor, would be an advantage
• Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Willing to work in Africa and Asia Pacific countries

1. Web (Content) Writer

• Diploma or higher in Mass Communications, Advertising, and Journalism or equivalent
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in advertising, publishing, journalism, Web content Management or related field
• Knowledge of HTML and Flash is an advantage
• Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English

1. R&D Specialist (Fertilizer)

• Male/Female 25-35 years old, university graduate preferable major in Soil Science
• Exp. in research, production and quality control fertilizer
• Have a good exp. in organic fertilizer science and good relationship with Agro Based Industry and Argo Department
• Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English

1. Warehouse Admin

• Diploma graduate from any faculty, Male 25-35 years old
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in advertising, publishing, journalism, Web content Management or related field
• Knowledge of HTML and Flash is an advantage
• Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
