1. ACCOUNTING and TAX MANAGER (ATM)

• Min 3 years exp. in the same filed

• Hospitality experience will be advantage

2. ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER (AAM)

• Have exp. in a public accountant office for at least 2 years
• Hospitality experience will be advantage

3. INTERNAL AUDITOR (IA)

• Min 2 years exp. in the same filed
• Hospitality experience will be advantage

4. FINANCE MANAGER (FM)

• Min 3 years exp. in the same filed
• Hospitality experience will be advantage
• Able to build a relation with banks(s) and other financial institutions

5. ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER (AFM)

• Min 2 years exp. in the same filed
• Hospitality experience will be advantage
• Able to build a relation with banks(s) and other financial institutions

6. FINANCIAL ANALYST (FA)

• Have working experience in a public company with preferences in a property company or in a securities company at least 3 years
• Able to build a relation with government institution(s) or other institution(s) particularly institution(s) in relation to capital market

7. HRD MANAGER (HRM)

• Have working experience in the same field at least 3 years, particularly in recruitment and discharge, labor law, and payroll

8. LEGAL OFFICER (LO)

• Min 2 years exp. in the same filed
• Good knowledge of Indonesian law regulation, particularly capital market law and land law
• Have working exp. in a law consultant will be preferable

General Requirements:

• English proficiency and computer literate
• Good interpersonal skill, good personality and have an interesting appearance
• Problem solving and continues improvement attitude
• Having experience working in a public company will be an advantage

It is always hard to know how to answer interview questions and if you are not very experienced at interviews, then the whole process can seem daunting. So just how are you supposed to answer their questions?

Well the basic principle to bear in mind, whatever the interview, whether on a one to one, at a recruitment agency or for a permanent contract, is that you need to sell yourself in a way that is confident and assured, but without sounding too big headed or arrogant.

Always try to ensure that you establish eye contact with the interviewers. Try to sound confident when you answer and if you think you are about to freeze, or dry up, then just take a deep breath and remind yourself that this is not life or death, it is only an interview and then continue.
