1. CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:

• Generate and provide financial reports
• Monitors monthly tax report & prepare corporate and personal income tax report

Requirements:

• • University background from accounting discipline
  • 3 years experience in accounting and financial report
  • Familiar with GAAP, tax regulation and BPCS system will be advantageous

2. SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Based in Ambon, Palu)

   Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Jotun decorative products to retail paints market
• Monitor collection to ensure customer pay on schedule

   Requirements:

• • University background
  • 2 years experience in sales of building material (preferable in retail market)
  • Ability to speak Chinese will be advantageous

3. SALES MARINE COATING (Based in Makassar)

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Jotun Marine Coating based on annual sales target
• Monitor collection to ensure customer pay on schedule

Requirements:

• • University background
  • 2 years experience in sales of industrial/marine supplies
  • Ability to speak Chinese will be advantageous
  • Domicile in local base

4. IT SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

• Support IT Department by assisting and training users and administrate/backup/maintain IT system too ensure function and effectiveness of the IT system

Requirements:

• • Have Computer Science/Information Technology Background
  • Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in:

• • Microsoft XP/Vista

• • Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003
  • LAN setup and troubleshoot
  • Microsoft Office XP/2003/2007 (Microsoft Base)
  • Ms. Access, Visual Basic and Antivirus System
  • Microsoft SQL Server

• • Good knowledge in computer hardware, software and networking troubleshooting

• Fresh graduate are welcome. but having at least 1 year experience in similar position would be advantage

• Willing to travel

5. TAX OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all taxes (reporting, cases) monthly/yearly

Requirements:

• • University background (S1 Accounting/D3 Taxation)
  • 2 years experience in Tax consulting/KAP/tax dept in manufacturing company
  • Have experiences in handling tax cases (audits, objections and appeal)
  • Microsoft Office computers skills and eSPT
  • Preferable having brevet A & B certificate

6. SALES PROTECTIVE COATINGS (Based in Jakarta, Balikpapan)

   Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Jotun Protective Coatings
• Monitor collection to ensure customer pay on schedule

   Requirements:

• • University background
  • 2 years experience in sales of industrial product/services
  • Ability to speak Chinese will be advantageous
  • Domicile in Balikpapan)

7. SALES FLOOR COATING (HEAVY DUTY)

   Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Jotun Floor Coating (Heacy Duty)
• Monitor collection to ensure customer pay on schedule

   Requirements:

• • University background
  • 2 years experience in sales of industrial product/services
  • Ability to speak Chinese will be advantageous

8. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Department by providing professional service to customers in order to meet customer’s requirements and satisfaction

Requirements:

• • University background
  • 2 years experience in similar positions
  • Have experience with BPCS systems will be advantageous
  • Preferably Female
