PT. Tiga Berlian Electric, currently locates in East Jakarta is an appointed distributor for Japanese Air Conditioning brand Mitsubishi Electric. Currently, the company is looking for qualified candidate to join the rapid growth of the company. Vacancies open are listed:

1. Purchasing Manager (PM)

• Able to plan and execute purchasing procedures

• Able to negotiate & coordinate with suppliers/customers
• Ability to focus on process improvement initiatives to streamline purchasing department activities

2. Export - Import Manager (Exim-M)

• Responsible and able to handle export-import procedures/custom issues
• Fluent in both oral and written English and Mandarin in order to correspondent with overseas suppliers
• Responsible to monitor activities of buyer & managing Export Import’s document

3. Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM)

• Able to review and analyze financial statement for management reporting, budgeting, taxation purposes & audit report
• Able to identify tax exposure of the company and ensure tax compliance with regulations
• Experience to implement internal control policies and procedures using Oracle/Axapta/SAP system

4. Marketing Communication manager (Mar Com)

• Computer literate in macromedia Flash, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop for drawing and animation
• Understand concept of marketing mix and able to design attractive marketing programs
• Develop and implement quantitative tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs

5. Branch Manager (BM)

• Ability to manage and creative a work program to push sales and distributions expansion
• Able to achieve company objectives or targets for sales and operational activities in the branch office
• Willing to be placed in other town outside Jakarta

6. Accounting Supervisor (Spv-Acc)

• Able to prepare monthly financial report
• Understand computerization system for accounting (i.e.: Oracle/Axapta/SAP system)
• Willing travel to out of town

7. Supervisor Control Service Centre (Spv-SC)

• Exp. min 3 years in Dept. Service Electronic
• Able to control stock and understand technical field

General Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree holder for all position
