I.        Senior Executives

Finance (code: SE-FIN)

Support Board of Directors’ strategic decision making through financial planning and analysis, oversee financial & management reporting, as well as business development

Leasing (code: SE-Leas)

Manage leasing strategy, research, and communications with prospective business partners, and ensure world-class partners or franchisees open their businesses in the premises

Event & Promotion (code: SE-EP)

Plan, prepare and organize events and promotional activities to enhance customer traffic and tenant sales through various unique programs, and maintain good relationship with media to keep the brand awareness of the property

Building Operation (code: SE-BO)

Provide quality service of the building facilities for tenants and customers, execute a continuous improvement of the facilities, and manage effective operational costs of the property

Project Management (code: SE-PM)

Design the management and liaison with consultants and contractors, successful technical and financial execution as well as tendering of projects assigned, and efficient operation of the project teams

Human Resources & Org. Dev. (code: SE-HR)

Originate and lead human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of superior workforce

Requirements:

• Max. 45 year old
• degree in relevant discipline from a leading university
• At least 15 years of experience n reputable companies with min 10 years of experience in managerial position

II.      Middle Management

Interior Design (code: MM-ID)

Prepare elegant interior design for upscale shopping and life style center

Building Maintenance (code: MM-BM)

Ensure tenants’ space and the property utilities and equipment always in good condition

HR (code: MM-HR)

Implement competitive compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and staff development

Tenant Relations (code: MM-TR)

Bridge the communication related to company policy & tenant demands, as well as maintain the tenants convenience in running their businesses

Event & Promotion (code: MM-EP)

Supervise smooth running of overall events and best quality of promotion products

Finance & Accounting (code: MM-Fin)

Provide business decision support and ensure accuracy and timeliness of closing and tax

Leasing (code: MM-Leas)

Implement leasing strategies to achieve company target, build strong relationship with prospective tenant, and assist in closing the leasing agreement

Security & Safety (code: MM-Sec)

Keep the property operations in secured and safely manner, counsel the management in internal & external issues

Information Technology (code: MM-IT)

Design and implement company’s IT strategies, provide leadership to project team, and establish project milestones, compliances and cost efficiency

Legal (code: MM-Legal)

Ensure timely, effective and appropriate legal advice, best practice compliance framework, and counsel the company on legal issues

Purchasing & Logistic (code: MM-Purchasing)

Provide projects, task forces, or assignments with high quality, competitive price of goods & service in schedule time frame, and ensure readiness of fast moving items in the premises

Requirements:

• Under 35 years old
• Degree in relevant discipline from a leading university
• At least 10 years of experience in reputable companies with min 5 years of experience in middle managerial position

III.    Management Trainee (code : MT)

Fresh graduates from leading university who will be prepared to become company’s future leaders

Requirements:

• Male/female under 25 years old
• Degree in marketing, Accounting, Engineering, Human resources, Information Technology, Public Relations, Legal, Finance

It is always hard to know how to answer interview questions and if you are not very experienced at interviews, then the whole process can seem daunting. So just how are you supposed to answer their questions?

Well the basic principle to bear in mind, whatever the interview, whether on a one to one, at a recruitment agency or for a permanent contract, is that you need to sell yourself in a way that is confident and assured, but without sounding too big headed or arrogant.

Always try to ensure that you establish eye contact with the interviewers. Try to sound confident when you answer and if you think you are about to freeze, or dry up, then just take a deep breath and remind yourself that this is not life or death, it is only an interview and then continue.
