- CHEF DE CUISINE - “BONEKA”
- Responsible for Continental Restaurant
- Has extensive knowledge in Western and Asian cuisine
- CHEF DE CUISINE - “KAYUPUTI”
- Responsible for signature Beachfront Restaurant
- Has experience in modern contemporary restaurant
- SOUS CHEF - “GOURMAND DELI”
- Responsible for the production for Gourmand Deli
- Has knowledge in creating gourmet/homemade specialties
- PASTRY CHOCOLATIER
- Responsible for creating fine chocolate offerings for Gourmand deli
- COMMUNICATION CENTER SUPERVISION
- Supervise day-to-day telephone services
- Has knowledge in Food and Beverage
- Very well versed in English Language
- HEAD BUTLER
- Able to demonstrate the finest expression of Butler service
- Good understanding of certain style of life
