  1. CHEF DE CUISINE - “BONEKA”
  • Responsible for Continental Restaurant
  • Has extensive knowledge in Western and Asian cuisine
  1. CHEF DE CUISINE - “KAYUPUTI”
  • Responsible for signature Beachfront Restaurant
  • Has experience in modern contemporary restaurant
  1. SOUS CHEF - “GOURMAND DELI”
  • Responsible for the production for Gourmand Deli
  • Has knowledge in creating gourmet/homemade specialties
  1. PASTRY CHOCOLATIER
  • Responsible for creating fine chocolate offerings for Gourmand deli
  1. COMMUNICATION CENTER SUPERVISION
  • Supervise day-to-day telephone services
  • Has knowledge in Food and Beverage
  • Very well versed in English Language
  1. HEAD BUTLER
  • Able to demonstrate the finest expression of Butler service
  • Good understanding of certain style of life
