- Business Analyst (Code: BA04)
- 7 years exp. in the management Reporting
- Good understanding of data gathering and analysis techniques
- VAS Operations (Code: VO05)
- 2 years exp. in IT/Telecom industry
- Knowledge of JAVA, c++ is required, knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, UNIX shell programming is required
- SMSC Protocol (SMPP) knowledge is preferred
- Billing Operations (Code: BO06)
- 2 years exp. in IT/Telecom industry
- Knowledge of Billing process and its supporting IT Billing system
- IT Security Administrator (Code: IA 11)
- 4 years exp. in IT/Telecom industry/Banking Industry
- Hands on exp. of Unix/Linux/Solaris/Windows operating system
- Roaming/IC Operations Team Lead (Code: ROT 12)
- 4 years knowledge of GSM Roaming (Tadig testing, generation of Tapin Tapouts)
- Knowledge of interconnect billing process and configuration
- Understanding of the wireless/Mobile telecom industry
- Familiar with Geneva billing system
- E2E Architect (Code: EA13)
- 5 years interacting with daily operational critical issues
- Interacting with delivery team to design, validate and audit delivery
- Oracle apps - Techno Functional Consultant - ERP (Code: OA14)
- 4 years exp. in Oracle application, managing functional & technical responsibilities in GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, OM & inventory modules
- Working knowledge for SQL/PLSQL, Forms, report will be added advantage
