Customer Service Specialist
(Field Service, Based in Batam)
(Indonesia - Batam)

Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will be working in the Customer Service Department handling machine breakdowns and servicing at our customers and agents’ premises.

• Machine servicing, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines.
• Provide basic machine training to customers.
• Provide feedback and interface with other departments to improve on customer service and design of machine.
• Opportunity for overseas assignment for regional service support

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical or Electronic from Polytechnics or NTC 3 with more than 3 years of experience in related field.
• Experience in CNC machining preferred, candidates with electrical / electronic knowledge will be an advantage.
• Able to work odd hours and on weekend or holidays when require.
• Willing to travel.
• Good interpersonal skills and working attitude.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Well the basic principle to bear in mind, whatever the interview, whether on a one to one, at a recruitment agency or for a permanent contract, is that you need to sell yourself in a way that is confident and assured, but without sounding too big headed or arrogant.

Always try to ensure that you establish eye contact with the interviewers. Try to sound confident when you answer and if you think you are about to freeze, or dry up, then just take a deep breath and remind yourself that this is not life or death, it is only an interview and then continue.
