Aon is a leading provider of risk and insurance services in the Indonesian market and has two senior positions available as follows;

1. SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - AON RISK SERVICES

This position has responsibility for the direct servicing of client business, in particular client retention and growth, revenue generation and delivery of all of Aon’s capabilities.

2. VICE PRESIDENT - AVIATION DIVISION

This position has the responsibility for the direct servicing of all Aviation.

Position Responsibilities/Main Functions:

• Manage a number of Operating Divisions (1)
• Manage a set portfolio of clients (2)
• Develop and build relationship with new clients (1 & 2)
• Work effectively across Aon’s Global network (1 & 2)
• Keep abreast of the relevant professional, regulatory and legislative changes (1 & 2)
• Provide coaching, leadership and assistance to staff (1 & 2)

Requirements:

1. Relevant Tertiary qualifications or experience (1 & 2)
2. Min 10 years general insurance industry experience and industry qualifications (1 & 2)
3. Advanced written and oral English capability (1 & 2)
