- To prepare payment vouchers for project advances, suppliers, and petty cash advaces accurately
- To prepare debit/credit vouchers, summary instruction payment list to bank timely and accurately.
- To ensure daily income and payment process batch tally to request for payment list by user
- To assist in Treasury preparing bank reconciliation and cash flow budget for project
- To attend to internal and external inquiry on their status and payment schedule
- To handle general administration work
Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma II/ II majoring Banking/ Finance or Accountancy with result transcript above 2.9
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Minimum 1 year experience working in bank is advantages
- Preferably experience in ACCPAC ERP cash book accounting software
- Experience in handling high volume of transactions will be an added advantage
- Proactive, flexible, positive in attitude and approach
- Able to work independently and under tight deadline
