EMPLOYMENT IN MALAYSIA

RALCO PLASTIC SDN BHD (178902-X)

A subsidiary of a public listed company which specializes in manufacturing of plastic packaging is looking fro suitable candidates to join existing workforce:

BLOWING EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

• At least 3 - 5 years supervisory level experience in blowing production, machine & facility maintenance
• Possess mature, strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
• Preferably at least diploma holder in related discipline

INJECTION EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

• Min 3 - 5 years hands on experience in injection production, machine & facility maintenance
• Certificate/Diploma holder will have an added advantage
• Supervise production activities including manpower and production arrangement

MACHINE ENGINEER

• Min Diploma in Engineering/Technical discipline, degree holders has advantage
• Knowledge on plastic mould design and plastic materials will have an added advantage
• Able to sketch well in technical subject
• Fresh engineering graduates with good academic result are encourage to apply

MOULD MAKER

• Hands-on experience in injection or blow mould making
• Experience in turning, milling, grinding operations
• CNC machining knowledge of EDM, lathe and milling centre will be an added advantage
• Ability to manage the workshop staff and ensure machines are in tip top condition
• N.T.T.F, G.T.T.C, C.I.P.E.T, or K.T.T.F,  diploma holders in tool and die making
• Must be willing to work in shift

BLOWING TECHNICIAN

• Maintain and troubleshoot blowing production equipment
• Maintain and improve product qualities, machine equipment and mould
• Min 5 years relevant working experience
• Certificate/Diploma holder will have an added advantage
• Willing to work in shift

INJECTION TECHNICIAN

• Min 3 - 5 years hand on experience as injection molding technician
• Change and start up mould as per conversion and maintain mould, machine and production equipment
• Monitor product quality and output on hourly basis
• Continuous improvement of existing injection molding process
• Min Certificate/Diploma holder will have an added advantage
• Must be able to work independently and willing to work in shift
