General Requirement:

• Min S1/S2 degree from reputable university

1. Senior Merchant Business Manager

• Experience in the merchant process at the same position, min 5 years in consumer loan

• Have a good planning implementation and broadcast marketing program
• Have a network especially in the merchant program
• Well understanding on advertising and multimedia productions
• Good relation with the media and advertising agencies
• Able to develop and organize merchant training canter

2. Senior Credit Department Manager

• Experience in the credit process at the same position, min 5 years in consumer loan

• Familiar with the credit card system such as card link, card pack
• Have a good network with AKKI, VISA and MasterCard Principal
• Able to develop and organize credit card process

3. Senior Collective & Risk Management Manager

• Experience in the collection and risk management, min 5 years in consumer loan

• Familiar with the credit card system such as card link, card pack
• Have a good network with AKKI, VISA and MasterCard Principal
• Able to develop and organize credit card process and collection agency
• Able to detect, minimize, mitigate fraud losses and willing to do field investigation
• Willing to work under pressure condition

MARKETING COMMUNICATION DIVISION

General Requirement:

• Min S1 from reputable university, majoring in Marketing Communication/Communications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill in English

1. Brand Communication MGT Manager

• Min 5 years experience as a group Product/Brand Manager or marketing communication manager, advertising agency senior manager or promotion and advertising manager

• Having good and extensive relationship with marketing communication community and advertising agencies
• Willing to travel all around Indonesia

2. Media Planning Manager

• Min 5 years experience as a Media Manager, Planner & Buyer in advertising agency

It is always hard to know how to answer interview questions and if you are not very experienced at interviews, then the whole process can seem daunting. So just how are you supposed to answer their questions?

Well the basic principle to bear in mind, whatever the interview, whether on a one to one, at a recruitment agency or for a permanent contract, is that you need to sell yourself in a way that is confident and assured, but without sounding too big headed or arrogant.

Always try to ensure that you establish eye contact with the interviewers. Try to sound confident when you answer and if you think you are about to freeze, or dry up, then just take a deep breath and remind yourself that this is not life or death, it is only an interview and then continue.
