- Good concept of Entity relational Diagrams & Data Model Documentation, Oracle Database, PL/SQL Language, Flat File, TOAD, Unix
SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER (code: SMM)
- Age between 34 years old
- Education: Tertiary - Marketing Communication Background
- Min 3 years experience as marketing & promotion manager with retail company
- Having ability to develop the programs and understand the strategy
SENIOR PROMOTION MANAGER (code: SPM)
- Age between 30 years old
- Education: Tertiary - Business Communication Background
- Min 3 years experience as promotion manager/events or organizer with retail company
- Good understanding of developing and implementation promotion/events
SENIOR ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT (code: SODM)
- Age between 30-40 years old
- Post graduate in HR Management /Organization Development is desirable
- Min 5 years experience at the same position
- Good understanding of CBHRM and its implementation
STORE DESIGN & PLANNING MANAGER (code: SDM)
- S1 - Architect/Interior Design
- Previous experience in interior design especially retail at least 5 years
- Advance computer literate like Auto CAD and other graphic program
- Willing to travel and to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
- Willing to travel
DIVISIONAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER FOR BAGS AND ACCESSORIES (code: DMM)
- Min 10 years experience in the same position
- Excellent product knowledge of bags and accessories or other related merchandising
- Good knowledge of market trend both domestics and global
PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER (code: PCM)
- Education Min S1 Civil/Electric or Architect
- Min 5 years experience in the same position
- Good knowledge in retailed business, interior design, fixture and store concept.
- Willing to travel and to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
DEVELOPER RELATION MANAGER (code: DRM)
- S1 related educational background management/marketing/real estate
- Previous experience in property and handling tenant is a must
- Experience in relates position at least 5 years
- Having good network and tenant relation
AREA MANAGER (code: AM)
- Male, Min S1 Civil Engineering or ME
- Previous experience in handling store project for at least 5 years
- Good knowledge in interior design and signage is a must
- Proven tract record in managing people and monitoring project
DATA RESEARCH (code: DR)
- Male, min 3 years in the same positions especially for real estate or property business
- Excellent in MS Office to provide a strong comprehensive presentation
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Statistic
LOCATION SURVEYOR (code: LS)
- Education Min S1 Civil/Electric or Architect
- Min 3 years experience in the same position
- Willing to travel
MERCHANDISING MANAGER FOR CHILDREN PRODUCT (code: MMC)
- S1 - graduated from any major, male/female with max 35 years
- Deeply understanding of market demand in children product
- Min 2 years experience in the same position
- Knowledge of searching merchandise both domestic and regional area
