BRANCH MANAGER (BM)
Responsible for all business process at branch especially increasing sales volume, and coordinating with other related function to manage and maintain existing accounts, maintain good relation with key decisions makers within dealers, and provide service excellent for ACC’s customers.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Min 2 years working experience in similar job and position with good track record history at Leasing/ Multifinance/ Automotive/ Banking/ Customer Retail Company.
- Max. 35 years old
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.
SALES HEAD (SH)
Responsible for branch marketing & Sales activities include sales planning, organizing & controlling for branch activities in achieving sales target, and people management.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Min 2 years working experience in similar job and position with good track record history at Leasing/ Multifinance/ Automotive/ Banking/ Customer Retail Company.
- Max. 30 years old
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.
ACCOUNT OFFICER (AO)
Responsible to achieve sales target and maintain relationship with corporate customer.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor degree (GPA min. 2.75) from reputable university from any disciplines.
- Min 1 year working experience in maintaining account (preferably handle corporate) with good track record history.
- Max. 27 years old
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
You will develop through the ACC Management Trainee Program (AMTP) for about 8 months, consists of in class & on the job training. AMTP is a fast program, designed to provide basic knowledge & direct practice in our core business to prepare trainees as management associates.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor degree (GPA min. 2.75) from reputable university from any disciplines.
- Fresh Graduate or max. 2 years experience.
- Max. 27 years old
- Strong Academic background, energetic, having business sense & drive for result, proven leadership skill in extracurricular activities, proficient in English.
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia
SYSTEM DATABASE (SD)
Responsible to maintain and develop system related to database, analyze and review project related to transaction application.
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor degree (GPA min. 2.75) from IT background.
- Min 1 year working experience in similar job and position.
- Max. 35 years old.
- Mastering the Oracle DBA and excellent skills on Unix/Solaris, Excellent skill on Java Programming Language, Magic or Oracle Form, PL/SQL command, willing to work hard and working with deadline.
SALES OFFICER (SO)
Responsible to achieve target sales and maintain relationship with dealer & customer.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma Degree (D3).
- Max. 30 years old.
- Have motorcycle & driving license (SIM C), hard worker, honest, integrity, target oriented, competitive, and open for challenge; interest in operational job and willing to be located in DKI Jakarta, Bekasi, Jambi, Denpasar, Mataram, to be Semarang, Medan, Pontianak, Bandung and Samarinda.
