The Aryaduta Hotels & Resorts operates luxury hotel properties in Indonesia with further planned openings over the next 24 months. We are now seeking to recruit well experienced, dedicated and hands-on individual with an eye for details to apply for the following positions:

1. REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF HOTEL PROJECTS

(Corporate Role, Indonesian Nationals or Expatriates)

Credentials required:

• Must have a University degree or professional management qualification, with at least 10 years experience at senior management level within the hotel industry
• Must be familiar with design aspects of city center properties and management, with proven skills in the development of operations and pre-opening phases
• Must have skill at developing customer-oriented services, and a clear understanding of all aspects of sales
• Must have a thorough ability to work independently, crate and write clear business reports, with a skill for analysis and planning
• Must be capable of creative thinking to devise and implement new methods and procedures
• Must be willing to travel regularly overseeing numerous 5 star properties in Indonesia

2. REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE

(Corporate Role, Indonesian Nationals or Expatriates)

Credentials required:

• Must have extensive work experience in the same or similar position at executive level in F & B operations within the hotel industry
• Must have a solid food & beverage background in luxury medium to large properties and a good overall knowledge of hotel operations
• Pre-opening experience is a must
• Must be strong communicator with clear directions backed up by solid decision making abilities
• Must be mature, energetic, passionate, and a superior problem solver with a can do attitude
• Must be guest service oriented, creative, and innovative and a strong team player with excellent training & organizational skills
• Strives the food & beverage operation to exceptional service levels
• Must be willing to travel regularly overseeing numerous 5 star properties in Indonesia

3. REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

(Corporate Role, Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have extensive work experience in the same or similar role at executive level in human resources within the hotel industry
• Must have a solid human resources background in luxury medium to large properties and a good knowledge of overall hotel operations
• Pre-opening experience is a plus
• Must be strong communicator with clear directions backed up by solid decision making abilities
• Must be mature, energetic, passionate, and a superior problem solver with a natural desire to assist & consult people
• Must be strong in implementing procedures & practices to ensure the organization optimizes in human resources for business success
• Must be willing to travel regularly overseeing numerous 5 star properties in Indonesia

4. REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

(Corporate Role, Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have extensive work experience in the same or similar role at executive level in hotel accounting and multiple data management systems
• Must have a financial education background preferable in luxury medium to large properties
• Pre-opening experience is a plus
• Must have a excellent knowledge of hotel accounting software (s), basic knowledge or reservation and POS systems (s)
• Must develop high standards of finance and controlling to maximize the hotel’s values
• Must be a superior negotiator and having effectively presentation skills
• Must be willing to travel regularly overseeing numerous 5 star properties in Indonesia

5. REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL SERVICE

(Corporate Role, Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have extensive work experience in the same or similar role at executive level in engineering within the hotel industry
• Pre-opening experience is a plus
• Must be mature, energetic, passionate, and a superior problem solver with clear directions backed up by solid decision making abilities
• Must have a strong technical skills/knowledge and commitment towards preventive maintenance & implementation of relevant control mechanism & system
• Must be willing to travel regularly overseeing numerous 5 star properties in Indonesia

6. PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR

(Corporate Role, Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have a min of 2 years extensive communication experience, preferably in the hotel industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill (both English and Indonesia)
• Strong media and community relations
• Strong organizational, project management and detail oriented
• Positive attitude, outgoing, pro-active, teamwork, and service oriented
• Must be creative, dynamic and innovative, as well as work independent

7. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERS

(Hotel Units, Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have a min 3 years experience as human resources manager within the hotel industry
• Must have a human resources education background in luxury medium to large properties and a good knowledge of overall hotel operations
• Knowledge of Oracle Human resources system is desirable
• Willing to be based at locations outside of Jakarta

8. DIRECTOR OF SALES

(Hotel Units, Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have a min 3 years experience in senior management position
• Must have strong leadership management, self discipline and positive attitude
• Experience in handling corporate, government and travel agents market both local and international
• Understand of Multi national company RFP procedures
• Understand of managing hotel yield trough CRS, GDS and IDS arrangements
• The candidate should have strong network in local area clientele

9. FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGERS

(Hotel Units, Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have min 3 years experience as food & beverage manager within the hotel industry
• Must have a solid food & beverage background in luxury medium to large properties and a good knowledge of overall hotel operations
• Must be creative, innovative, and dynamic with good leadership & training skills and attention to guest service and details
• Willing to be based at locations outside of Jakarta

10. RESTAURANT OUTLET MANAGERS

(Hotel Units, Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have a min 2 years experience as restaurant outlet manager within the hotel industry
• Must have a food & beverage background of luxury medium to large properties
• Manages the restaurant outlet by providing leadership, supervision and control to exceed guest’s expectations
• Willing to be based at locations outside of Jakarta

11. EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPERS

(Hotel Units, Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have min 3 years experience as executive housekeeper within the hotel industry
• Must have a solid housekeeping background in luxury medium to large properties and a good knowledge of overall hotel operations and good knowledge of Maxial or Fidelio system
• Must have excellent attention to detail, good knowledge of health, hygiene and safety procedures
• Willing to be based at locations outside of Jakarta

12. FRONT OFFICE MANAGERS

(Hotel Units, Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have min 3 years experience as front office manager within the hotel industry
• Must have a solid front office background in luxury medium to large properties and a good knowledge of overall hotel operations and good knowledge of Maxial or Fidelio system
• Must have strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Manages front office functions and directs staff to successfully execute guest arrival and departure procedures
• Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize financial performance
• Willing to be based at locations outside of Jakarta

13. PURCHASING MANAGERS

(Hotel Units, Indonesian Nationals Only)

Credentials required:

• Must have min 3 years experience as purchasing manager within the hotel industry
• Must have a financial background in luxury medium to large properties and a good knowledge of quality characteristics of goods
• Must have a good knowledge of MS office applications as well as maxial or other material management system
• Willing to be based at locations outside of Jakarta
