Our company is a subsidiary of Indomobil Group, dealing with well known European Truck and heavy equipment brands. We are currently seeking for high caliber people to fill the following position in our organization:

1. BRANCH MANAGER (BM)

• Min 5 years exp. as Brach Manager of a heavy equipment company

• Strong communication skills to deal with customers and business partner
• Possess leadership skill and good business sense

2. SALES SUPERVISOR (SPV) & SALES MANAGER (SM)

• Min 5 years exp. on managerial level in sales of heavy equipment (SM)
• Min 3 years exp. on managerial level in sales of heavy equipment (SM)
• Strong in selling & negotiating skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Strong communication & personality, mature & self motivated

3. ASST. SERVICE MANAGER (ASVM) & SERVICE MANAGER (SVM)

• Min 5 years exp. on managerial level (SVM)
• Min 3 years exp. as asst. of service manager (ASVM), preferably from Automotive/Heavy Equipment industries
• Have a good technical knowledge on mechanical equipment
• Good in preventive maintenance & able to minimize lost time of machines repairing. Strong systematic & analytical thinking
• Excellent negotiation skill, communication skill and leadership skill

4. FOREMAN (FR)

• Min 3 years exp. in the same filed
• Preferably from the automotive/ Heavy equipment industries
• Having knowledge on wiring diagram, and basic electricity of vehicle
• Have good technical knowledge on mechanical equipments.
• having good leadership skill

General Requirements:

• Male, Min. S1 from reputable university, engineering background is advantage
• English proficiency and computer literate
• Willing to work under pressure to meet deadline, and good team player
• Willing to be stationed in our branches throughout Indonesia

It is always hard to know how to answer interview questions and if you are not very experienced at interviews, then the whole process can seem daunting. So just how are you supposed to answer their questions?

Well the basic principle to bear in mind, whatever the interview, whether on a one to one, at a recruitment agency or for a permanent contract, is that you need to sell yourself in a way that is confident and assured, but without sounding too big headed or arrogant.

Always try to ensure that you establish eye contact with the interviewers. Try to sound confident when you answer and if you think you are about to freeze, or dry up, then just take a deep breath and remind yourself that this is not life or death, it is only an interview and then continue.
