The head office is located in Singapore with offices in Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Brazil and Hong Kong. Our rapid expansion has led to the following new position available in Riau - Sumatra. We are looking for highly motivated professionals to fill in the positions below:

1. FORESTRY OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• To source and allocate resources required to meet production targets for felling, debarking, extraction, loading and transport activities.
• Manage all harvesting activities according to Company standard operating procedures, including the timely handover of compartments for plantation.

2. PULP & PAPER TRANSPORT OPERATION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• To manage the business activities of a large road transport fleet of trucks and road trains.
• To evaluate cost affectivities of fleet to ensure lowest cost and make repetition to management on systems, fleet types to continually improve productivity and lower cost.

3. DEPUTY HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATIONAL

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for efficient, profitable and safe operation of wide variety of heavy equipment.

4. WORKSHOP SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:

• Responsible or inspections and good communication with customer, manager owners of equipment.
• Conduct, supervise and detailed the work groups for morning beginning of shift tool box talks, ensuring maxim productivity, team work and set priority’s for work in progress.

5. RECRUITMENT & ASSESSMENT SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:

• Select application letters to be kept as data bank for future needs, and responsible to Analyze personality of candidates base on job specification and career match.
• Prepare recruitment activity report, interview report, project recruitment report, and action plan.

6. TAX SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Good practical and knowledge in taxation PPN, PPh23, PPH21 - 26.

General Requirements:

1. Male, 28 - 45 years old.
2. Degree/Diploma from related background educational, Min 8 years experience at the same position.
3. Familiar with related and international materials, systems, codes and standards for port and warehouse operation.
4. Good communication in English and mandarin, Computer literate and related software.
