1. Maintenance Supervisor (MSPV)

• Min Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university with min. GPA 3,00 (Scale 4,00)

• Having min 2 years exp. in the same position with the same industry is an advantage
• Familiar with Pharmaceutical or Food Industrial process equipment, utilities and facilities (HVAC, Purified Water System), Engineering Quality Management System and Safety Management System in multinational company

1. QA Pharmacist (QA)

• Familiar with GMP and Quality Standard

1. Occupational Health Physician (OHP)

• Min Bachelor degree in Medical from reputable university is required
• Having min 2 years exp. in the same position in multinational environment and experience in occupational health and safety
• Having exposure in analyzing health data, audiometry, spirometry, and risk assessment

1. Professional Sales Representative (code: PSR)

(Duty Station: Jakarta, Tangerang)

• Min Bachelor degree from reputable university with min. GPA 2.8 and max. age is 28 years old
• Having min 1 year exp. in the same position with the same industry is an advantage
• Result oriented, possess good enthusiasm and drive with excellent selling and communication skill and having motorcycle licenses (SIM C)
• Able to relocate in any other area

It is always hard to know how to answer interview questions and if you are not very experienced at interviews, then the whole process can seem daunting. So just how are you supposed to answer their questions?

Well the basic principle to bear in mind, whatever the interview, whether on a one to one, at a recruitment agency or for a permanent contract, is that you need to sell yourself in a way that is confident and assured, but without sounding too big headed or arrogant.

Always try to ensure that you establish eye contact with the interviewers. Try to sound confident when you answer and if you think you are about to freeze, or dry up, then just take a deep breath and remind yourself that this is not life or death, it is only an interview and then continue.
